Registration Fees:

  • $125 OMA members
  • $150 non OMA members
  • $100 student with student ID and CDR Volunteers

You must pre-register; no walk-ins will be permitted.  Space is limited.

PAYMENT METHODS:  You may pay by check or credit card.  If you wish to pay by check then mail a check with "OMA Spring Training" in the notes to CDR, 93 Van Buren Street, Eugene, OR 97402.  If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, you will have the opportunity to do so after you submit the electronic registration form below.

Refund Policy: No refunds for cancelling after July 24th or you do not show up on July 26, 2017.

PRIVACY POLICY:  Your privacy is important to us.  We will never sell or otherwise provide your contact information to any non-related third party.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if you cancel by June 1, 2018; 50% refund if you cancel after June 1, 2018 and but before June 14, 2018;  no refund if you cancel after June 14th or fail to attend the training.
