WHAT: 2017 Fall Basic Mediation Training

WHEN: October 27, 28, 29 and November 18, 19 8:30am-5:30pm (you must be present for the complete 40 hours)
WHERE: Room 282, University of Oregon Law School, 1515 Agate Street, Eugene OR 97403
COST: $700 registration fee. Price includes all materials, continental breakfasts, snacks and beverages . Bring your lunch, or eat out.
EARLY REGISTRATION: $650.00 registration fee if paid by September 29, 2017.
DEADLINE TO REGISTER: October 13, 2017. You must pre-register; no walk-ins will be permitted. Space is limited to the first 24 paid registrants.
PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, check or credit card. Please complete the electronic registration form below and make a copy before you submit it. Mail in a copy of the form with your check or drop it off with the proper payment amount to CDR, 93 Van Buren Street, Eugene, Oregon, 97402. If you wish to pay by debit or credit card, you will have the opportunity to do so after you submit the electronic registration form below.
CANCELLATIONS: Full refund if you cancel on or before October 13, 2017. Fifty percent refund if you cancel by October 26, 2017. NO REFUND if you cancel after October 26th or fail to be present on one or more of the training days.
VOLUNTEER REBATE: 50% of the cost of your training will be rebated to you if you volunteer 100 or more hours to CDR during the following two years (this works out to about 4 hours per month). CDR has a wide variety of volunteer opportunities, including newsletter writing, website maintenance, mediation work, case development work, data entry and other office work, community outreach, fundraising projects and many others. By volunteering, you will also have an opportunity to practice your new skills, network with other ADR professionals and be part of our efforts to reduce conflict and crime in our community.
